Jason Tucker - Systems Administrator / Web Designer / Web Developer / Geek Dad
Jason, oldest of two kids was born and raised in Southern California and brought up by his mother. His father passed away in 1993 when he was 5 years old. His brother Brandon is 5 years younger than him. Jason is married to his wife Jennifer and they have 3 children, Caitlin, Christian and Jessalyn.
Jason enjoys all things tech, he has worked with computers for over 2/3 his life.
Facts about Jason:
- Before the internet he ran a dial up BBS from his home.
- He met his wife Jennifer in an IRC chat room.
- He attended college for a week and left stating they didn’t pay him enough.
- He worked at Wal-mart instead of college (so much for getting paid more).
- Jason hate the word Casserole, it reminds him of the nasty food old ladies bring to church potlucks. Jen tricks Jason into eating casseroles by calling them various names.
- Jason’s first computer was a Texas Instruments TI-99A, his first PC was a 286/12 with 1mb of ram.
- Jason gets “the chills” when he hears the handshake of a traditional modem after making a connection.
